I enjoy travel and filmmaking and I try to form a profitable amalgamation of those two pursuits whenever possible.
Most of the movies I've ever made have included at least one sequence of someone jumping off a cliff. There may be Jungian reasons behind this, or perhaps I subconsciously hope it will help me land in Sundance one day...but it always results in a semi-good time (at least for the spectators).
I would like to make a movie about a blimp pilot, you know the guys who operate the Goodyear Blimps? You never hear about them. Do they actually live in those things? I'm sure they occasionally get swept off to foreign lands...It seems like a whimsical existence.

"Don't set out to raze all shrines - you'll frighten men. Enshrine mediocrity - and the shrines are razed . . . Kill by laughter. Laughter is an instrument of human joy. Learn to use it as a weapon of destruction. Turn it into a sneer. It's simple. Tell them to laugh at virtue. Don't let anything remain sacred in a man's soul - and his soul won't be sacred to him. Kill reverence and you've killed the hero in man."

Absolutely great film. You did an amazing job of putting some of the hardest and biggest issues together. All of those subjects are touchy for anyone but you used them very appropriately. I applaud the art work and really hope to see more from you in the future not to mention the up coming year with DOORPOST contests. Best wishes. - Kate
